CONFIRMATION POLICY:
To confirm the reservation a deposit amount will be required as a guarantee of the reservation and will be up to 35% of the reservation’s total amount. This amount can be charged to major credit cards (in this case a hotel's credit card authorization form has to be completed and sent by fax), or forepayment should be deposited to the following bank accounts:

CANCELATION POLICY:
In the event of a cancellation we will require a written notification, (7 days in Low Season, 14 days in Middle Season and 21 days in High & Peak Season), prior to the scheduled arrival date, or else the deposit amount will be retained in respect of our cancellation fee.
In case of non-show or unscheduled departure we will charge 50% of remaining stay. (The above cancellation policy is subject to the Greek law no.503007/1976 article 3) |
